Specialties:
Heidi has an integrative approach to physical therapy. She draws from teachings from Postural Restoration Institute (PRI), pelvic floor internal work, Shirley Sahrmann, Sarah Duvall, and various others. It’s not just about performing the exercise, but about getting the right muscles working, and those that should not be working, inhibited. The core is the center of our body and if it is not working appropriately—too little or too much—it can shift and rotate our skeleton and cause us to start using faulty movement patterns which can affect us from our head to our toes.
